The houses are looking great. We are continuing with installing the drywall in the interior of the homes. Outside finishes are coming along. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing are still being done inside the houses. Stay warm this week.

We have started the stucco install on one of homes. Continuing to work on the inside of the homes with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical. We are also will continue with installing drywall and interior doors. Wishing everyone a great Holiday Season!

We are making great process on the houses. We have started to hang drywall in a couple of units. Stucco on the exterior of the houses will began soon. Gas meters are being installed for the houses.

The driveways to the houses have been poured. We are working on getting the Communcation lines installed to the houses. We are still working on the mechanical, electrical and the plumbing in the interior of the homes. We will continue to push through the winter to complete the houses.

Very exciting this week, driveways are going to start getting asphalt. We are in the process of getting inspections for the interior homes. Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical are still in the process. The houses are looking awesome!

Construction of the homes is moving along well. We are working on the interior electrical, plumbing and mechanical. Gas lines are being installed to service the houses and same with the electrical services. We are trying to have driveways installed by the end of the month. I want to share that we are coming along great with the houses. We have all the garage floors have been poured. There should be garage doors being installed next week. Fireplaces are getting installed. We are working on getting gas and electric services to the houses. We are trying to get the driveways poured

We are moving along well. The last unit is being framed now. Should be completed by next week. Garage floors should all be poured with concrete by the end of next week as well. The Mechanical, Electrical, and plumbers are starting to work on the interiors of the homes.

We are moving well with the framing of the houses. 5 of the six lots are almost framed. We are hoping to get the garage floor slabs poured by the end of next week. Windows should start being installed starting on Monday the 28th.
