The houses are coming together!! We have a Model A, Model B and Model C framed. Roofing has started on the model C. We are moving along nicely.
Construction Activities 8/7/23-8/11/23
We are making great progress on the construction of the houses. We have Lots 2-7 framed with the trusses. Please keep cautious of the construction traffic and large delivery trucks.
Construction Activities 7/17/23 – 7/21/23
We have 3 foundations in the ground! The project is moving a long now that we have had some clear days without the rain. On Monday the 17th, there will be dump trucks driving in loop around the project. Please watch for the big trucks throughout the day on Benet Lane.
Construction Activities 7/10/23-7/14/23
We officially have the first foundation complete on lots 4&5. Our next foundation on lots 2&3 we be completed on Monday the 10th.
Construction Activities 7-5-23 to 7-8-23
We are going to pour concrete for the first foundation walls on lots 4 and 5 today at 3pm. The next foundation will be on lots 2 and 3. Hopefully we can pour concrete for those foundation walls early next week.
Construction Activities 6-19-23
We are still currently working on the excavation for the houses. With all the rain we have had, it has made things a little more challenging to work. We will keep moving forward with the best of our abilities to keep on schedule.
Construction Activities 5/29/23-6/2/23
We are currently excavating Lots 5 and 6. We are anticipating concrete work to start on Thursday the 1st for Lots 2 and 3.
Construction Activities 5/22/23-5/26/23
We have started the excavation of the duplexes. Soon foundations will follow.
Construction Activities 5/8-5/12
Due to some unseen circumstances, construction is delayed for a week. We will be back on site, Monday the 15th.
Construction Activities 5/1/23-5/5/23
We are about a week away from starting the construction of the Duplexes. Beginning of next week, there will equipment showing up and the digging for the foundations will start.
